Order Processing

Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Customized products require an additional week.

The shipping time and method you select will begin as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Information

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard: 3 - 5 Business Days
• Express: 1 - 2 Business Days

Note: These shipping method times are in addition to the order processing times above.

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If your return is due to an error on our part, Leatherman will refund the original shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process easy for you. 

Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.

*Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Customized items are not subject to return or exchange. Once an order for a custom or engraved item is received, it cannot be cancelled.
